The guarantee is only valid if: the website in it's entirety is
at least 5 pages, the changes we ask to have implemented are indeed
implemented, our work cannot be altered or removed during the 6
month period unless we have asked for changes to be made, and any
changes we need to make must be made within three business days by
your webmaster if that individual is not from our firm. You agree
that you will let us know if you make any changes to your pages,
especially the home page (the index page).
It is understood that we are not guaranteeing traffic to your site,
or profitability. That depends on the demand for your product or
service, and many other factors that are completely beyond our
control.
For any of our services, if at any time while we are actively
working together, our work does not meet with your approval, we will
stop work and no further charges will be incurred. At that time,
upon request, a refund will be given for uncompleted work that was
already paid for. All work that we do for you is yours.
All requests for work to be stopped must be made in writing. Refund
requests at that time must also be made in writing, via regular
postal service mail only. If a refund is requested, it will be
issued within 14 business days.
